The management and staff at Netizen Studios believe in offering the best service at a fair price.
Then why have a One-Time Setup Charge?
If we host your web site, we won't charge an excessive monthly
markup when we are just serving your pages without design,
reconfiguration, or maintenance efforts on our part. That's
why we charge a small one-time-only setup fee ($25) - fair
compensation for work at the time it is done. From then on,
you get a very low monthly rate for full-featured, fast & reliable
web site hosting.

- Hosting:
If you become unsatisfied, at any time, for any reason, we will refund any payments made in advance for any remaining months. - Design:
If we can't seem to find a way to make a client happy with new demonstration pages or newly devised site functions or designs, we won't charge the quoted full price. Instead, we will keep the initial negotiated deposit as a partial compensation for our time. We keep all demonstration pages, code, and graphics we created or contracted. The client is not allowed to keep copies so that an outside designer can then cheaply duplicate or simulate.
